The brief for this project was to transform what was a tired and deteriorated back garden into an adult and child friendly space, which would allow the children to ride their small bikes around, whilst the parents could enjoy a sit down after a long day at work. 

Our main challenge was the different levels of the garden, the steps and loose slabs were a recipe for disaster with young kids. Our best option was to dig down to reduce the levels, we then sourced and installed a Canadian Oak Sleeper retaining wall around the perimeter, and laid Mint Fossil sandstone paving, all sourced from Natural Stone and Timber in Winchester. 

The end result looked amazing, we had created an area for all of the family to enjoy and the home owners were extremely pleased with their new outdoor space
