DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our website offers deliveries of samples and products to all of UK mainland, if you are outside of this area you can send your requirements to us as a quote request via checkout.
STANDARD DELIVERY AREAS
We always try to offer our customers the best possible service and one of the most important part of this service is the successful delivery of the goods. With this in mind we try to make as many deliveries as possible ourselves, using our fleet of Crane off load vehicles, these allow us to offer the best possible service across the south coast and locally around our five depots. The main postcodes we offer Crane off load are shown below.
BH, BN, CR, DT, GU, KT, PO, RG, RH, SO, SL, SM, SN, SP, TW
You must state that Crane off load is required when placing orders.
All of our deliveries are kerbside only, but the delivery driver is ultimately responsible for where they can sensibly offloaded. The drivers’ decision is final when deciding what is a safe unload and/or delivery. Please inform us when ordering if there are likely to be any problems for a vehicle of this size to access your site.
The following questions should help to determine if there will be any delivery issues. If you answer yes to any of them let us know and we can try and find an alternative delivery method. Informing us of this at the time of ordering will allow us to pack and ship the pallets accordingly and could prevent delivery issues. It is your responsibility to ensure materials are on site prior to commencement of your project.
Do the roadways leading to your property have any weight or height limitations?
Is the roadway leading to the property wide enough to accept this size of vehicle?
Are there any low bridges or overhanging trees or cables? Is there a time restriction for waiting outside your property?
Are there any problems with a kerbside only delivery?
Prices for this service start at £30 + VAT for small local deliveries.
Please phone us for a quotation. We do not offer timed deliveries, we endeavour to make all deliveries on the stated day, but this is not always possible and we take no responsibility of any possible costs of these delays.
Please ensure an adult is present to accept delivery, failed deliveries as a result of not being able to place the products onto customer premises safely or unable to make contact with a customer will incur further charges.
PALLET NETWORK DELIVERIES
If you’re outside of these postcodes, or if the price of delivery on our own crane offload vehicles would be too expensive, we are also able to offer pallet network deliveries across the whole of mainland UK, these deliveries can be placed directly on our website and we will contact yourselves to book in a suitable delivery date and talk through delivery options.
We can offer pallet network deliveries throughout mainland UK using one of the many, very reliable pallet delivery networks. These deliveries will be made on an 18-tonne tail lift truck with a pallet truck.
Do the roadways leading to your property have any weight or height limitations?
- Do the roads outside or on your property have any steep gradients, uneven or loose surfaces?
- Is the roadway leading to the property wide enough to accept this size of vehicle?
- Are there any low bridges or overhanging trees or cables?
- Is there a time restriction for waiting outside your property?

- We will require a phone number which will only be used if the haulage company has a problem locating your property or making the delivery or if you would like a call prior to delivery. If the driver is unable to gain access to your site your delivery will be returned to the local depot where you will be required to make alternative arrangements for delivery at your expense.
Our deliveries are sent on an economy service which usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive from the placement of your order. Orders taken after 12 noon Monday to Friday will be sent out the following working day. Your order will be delivered between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday on the day you agree with your salesperson. Next day delivery is available to some postcode areas at an additional cost. Some locations such as the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and islands will have a slightly longer delivery time. Our delivery company is not able to give accurate delivery times for the day of delivery, so we ask that you have someone on site to sign for the delivery.
All our deliveries are classed as kerbside only, meaning they will be delivered to the nearest safe point on your property. You will need to make sure you have sufficient manpower available to move the products you have ordered. The driver will not be able to do this for you. As our deliveries are made using a pallet truck and our pallets are very heavy, we are not able to deliver pallets on to gravel driveways or soft surfaces such as grass or soil. We can only deliver onto hard, level, smooth surfaces such concrete or block paving. When your delivery arrives always check that you have received the correct products and that you are happy with everything whilst the driver is still on site, they have been informed to wait for up to ten minutes whilst you do this. If you fail to do so, or if you sign the delivery note as unchecked, you will waiver all rights and any additional delivery costs will be charged.
If you are outside of these postcodes, or in mainland Europe. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
